Ha! An understandable question given an older phrase. A concierge is generally a gentleman (or gentlelady) at a resort or hotel that specializes in customer service for their clientele. Reservations, day trips, directions, etc. In this respect, we are dedicated to providing you, our clientele, the best customer service we can with whatever needs your small business encounters.

Then we want to see if we can help with it! We hire a lot of self-taught learners who think on their feet. It wouldn't be the first time we had to learn for a client's benefit, and we hope it won't be the last!

That said, if we truly are unable to assist you, we will happily refer you to someone in our network or advise you the best avenue to further your search. 

The short answer is that if the job can be done remotely and you're willing to work with us, distance is no obstacle! In the few instances where travel outside our normal area of operations is warranted, feasibility checks and quotations will occur before anything happens. If it appears we cannot help meet your needs, we will be happy to help refer you to someone who can!

Never fear! In the spirit of helping those in need, a broad view initial consultation is always free of charge as part of our fact finding phase for new customers. That will give you enough pointers to get you moving. We can also offer new client discounts for those in need, within reason.

We are extremely flexible on this front! Cash, card, or direct deposits. We also negotiate terms on a client by client basis so we don't mess with the flow of your payables if we can help it!

We always defer to our Privacy Policy, and you're welcome to email us directly with questions.
In short, we don't sell data or information to anyone, and any sensitive data we are exposed to during the course of our business is confidential. Our customers always have access to their data while working with us.
